No, it’s not me. It’s the Air fryer.

Yes, we’ve hopped on the Air Fryer trend by buying an Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer. I’m impressed by how it makes cooking dinner much faster. It should also save us money on our electric bill, as it’s got to use way less energy than heating up the entire oven. Plus, I’ve found that I can make home made french fries easily, which is also a cost savings. Not that I want to eat more potatoes, really, but they do taste delicious. I’ll have to try cauliflower and other low carb foods in them. It seems like you can cook just about anything in an air fryer.

It’s fast and cool new tech, but it beeps and sounds a lot like my insulin pump.
